Cancellation Policy
Flowers by Bethany Service Contract (1) - Ready to Book: A 50% retainer is due upon booking to hold your date and secure payment needed for pre-ordering products as well as providing services related to your invoice. All retainers are non refundable. - Payments: Payment arrangements can be made. Remaining balance is due within 30 days of event date. Preferred payment method is Venmo: @FlowersbyBethany - Changes: Any changes must be before 30 days of event date. They must be in writing through email or text and confirmed by Flowers by Bethany. Any changes made may be subject to charges. No decrease in agreed upon total is allowed after final payment is made or within 30 days. We will do our best to accommodate any reasonable requests to changes on original invoice. - Cancelations: Any cancelation must be made 30 days prior to event date. Payments will be refunded to original payment method, except for the 50% retainer. - Substitutions: Due to the nature of using fresh flowers, all flowers listed in invoice are subject to change upon availability. Overall color and style discussed in consultation will be provided to the best of our ability. - Rentals: Any rented equipment such as vases or candelabras will need to be signed for upon delivery and a set date and return agreement will be made before event. A Deposit may be required. - Photo release: We will be taking personal photos of our work. Sharing our work on social media is a huge part of making our business successful, but we will not share any private information. Tagging Vendors is highly encouraged and appeciated as well.
